Join the company in 2020
Currently, we are developing an investment plan management system as OJT. We think about writing code in an easy-to-understand and make test cases.
I was being feel anxious about OJT when I finished the training during 3 months. However, my bosses taught me kindly and politely, no matter how trivial. In addition, I work with confidence while consulting with my colleagues.
I sometimes struggle but when the program that I made works normally or I praised by my bosses for how to proceed with my job, I found it very rewarding.

I was seeking job in another occupation that unrelated to IT. However, it all started when I passed by the KJS booth at a joint job fairs. KJS contributes to the local community through IT skills. Also Wakayama is the memory place with my grandparents for me. So I felt attractive this company.
I was worried if I could do this job because I had no programming experience. But, I felt safety that even inexperienced person could acquire knowledge from the beginning through extensive training.
I believed that I can do new challenges and play an active role in a job I had not(never) thought of before so I decided to join KJS.
KJS is hiring various people regardless of their faculty or department. Therefore, each employee's specialty is different. The atmosphere at workplace is sometimes very quiet, but we can also hear speaking voices and laughter.
There is less anxiety about work because my bosses teach me what I don't understand. In addition, there is “The instructor system” in which one senior employees support and follow the work per one new employees. At the weekly interview, you can speak not only problem of work and also small talk. So you don't worry!!

I studied abroad in Spain when I was in the second year of university, so I would like to travel to Spain and other countries again. In Spain, I would like to visit many sightseeing area and World Heritage Sites that I couldn't go to while I was studying abroad, and reunite and speak with my host family.
Because I like to eating, when I travel, I want to eat delicious food in each place. I don't know when I can go there next, but I research countries or places that interested at holiday and free time.
when I can realize to travel, I'd like to speak with local people. so I'm learning languages which I learned at university.
if coronavirus is going to converge, I want to more enjoy vacations.
